At Parent Coaching 4 Behavior/PC4B KIDS:
We provide expert parent coaching/training, child-first therapy, and social skills groups to help families manage behavior challenges associated with (but not limited to) ADHD, autism, or general social-emotional deficits. We teach tools to help parents and children build independence, confidence, communication, social skills, and emotional regulation.
With over 6 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis across a wide range of diagnoses, behavioral needs, and settings; we bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to our work with children and their families. We specialize in creating truly individualized behavior programs to support my clients with a playful, flexible, child-centered approach. We have extensive experience with caregiver training and working with high-magnitude behaviors.
Our Core Values:
Community Care at PC4B means prioritizing people over systems by showing up for families with flexibility, material support, and collective responsibility. Community care ≠ Multiple Relationships.
Decolonization at PC4B means actively redistributing power by rejecting hierarchy, centering marginalized voices in decision-making. This approach rejects top-down ideation.
Cultural Awareness at PC4B means recognizing how your own background may influence your ability to provide ethical, client-centered care, and acting accordingly; some care is not always better than no care.
